At Helen Wholesale, you have two options for shipping time and price: Standard shipping and Shipping through middlemen.
- Shipping through middlemen: Delivery time will depend on the shipping trip (usually will start to ship at the weekend – Saturday, Sunday). Depending on the country, the shipping time can be fast or slow, usually 3-10 days. This option ensures faster shipping time but limited shipping invoice and (may not have) tracking code. We do not commit if the delivery time is slower or order is lost.
- Standard shipping: We will use FedEX/DHL for shipping, but the shipping price will be very high depending on the number of orders you place (Note: less than 500gr is still calculated according to the shipping price of 500gr). You will be automatically provided with a tracking code. Shipping time will be longer depending on the trip of the shipping service providers. This option is commited to ensuring the condition of the goods and not losing the order
1. How long does delivery takes?
Depending on the type of ship, the shipping time can range from 4 days to 2 weeks. For more information, please read the shipping policy carefully.
2. Where do I check my order for shipping?
For standart shipping: you will get a tracking number through the carrier you ordered (FedEX/UPS/...). As for the rest of the shipping, it depends on the carrier that you can receive the trackingnumber or not.
3. How much is the delivery fee?
We will notify you through the phone number or e-mail you leave for the shipping fee. You can rest assured, all of our sales staff will take care of you 24/7.
4. Where is Helen Hair's warehouse located?
Our hair products are made from 100% Remy Real Hair with a workshop located in Vietnam, one of the largest factories in Asia with leading technology. Products are carefully made from input materials.
5. What if I accidentally sent the wrong address?
We will notify the carrier to see if they can help change the shipping address. All fees after changing the address you will have to pay with the carrier.
6. What service does Helen Hair use for transportation?
After confirming the information successfully, Helen Hair will send you an order confirmation email which includes a tracking number and order status information (It will take a few hours to display the status).
